Letters are delivered daily at 8:00 PM through our automated distribution system.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Honestly. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable laws
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Attempting to identify other users or breach anonymity

• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service
• Selling, trading, or transferring accounts
• Using the Service for commercial purposes without permission

8. Content Moderation

Honestly employs both automated and manual content moderation to maintain a safe environment:

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may delete your account at any time through the app settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
• Termination does not affect rights that accrued before termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
